Reading In Colour – For The Fun Of It

I have been having fun on my Instagram page, posting books by their cover colour. Sometimes it helps me choose what to read. I will just have a short season of a specific colour to read. Here are some of my reading in colour photos.

Blue Reads

“A book is a gift you can open again and again.” – Garrison Keillor

Black Reads

“When you rape, beat, maim, mutilate, burn, bury, and terrorize women, you destroy the essential life energy on the planet.”
― Eve Ensler, The Vagina Monologues

Red Reads

“Until they become conscious they will never rebel, and until after they have rebelled they cannot become conscious.”
– George Orwell, 1984

White and Red Reads

“The fear you let build up in your mind is worse than the situation that actually exists
Spencer Johnson.” – Who Moved My Cheese?

Green Reads

“Operation Self-Esteem–Day Fucking One.
Elizabeth Gilbert.”
– Eat, Pray, Love

Hopefully, I can organise my shelf with the same enthusiasm and order. I guess I’m going to have to collect more books to be able to do that. (Any excuse to buy more books).
